Sometimes conventional medicine is not able to provide the answers we are seeking.  You may have endured multiple tests and exams, only to stay with the same vague symptoms.  If you experience nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, bloating, belching, acid reflux, headaches, insomnia, chronic fatigue, muscle aches, joint pain, unexplained swelling, resistant weight gain, cloudy cognitive function, rashes or frequent injuries, you may have a problem with inflammation secondary to what you eat.  The ALCAT test may hold the missing link to your health.

ALCAT testing looks specifically at mast cell degranulation, the earliest part of the inflammatory process, rather than immunoglobulins (IgE).  Immunoglobulins tend not to be activated until later in the inflammatory process, when the body is starting to consider significant or life-threatening types of reaction.  This does NOT mean a person will develop a life-threatening reaction, however, early inflammation that is lower level tends to build over time and cause non-specific complaints.  If you are looking for the most sensitive option in testing, ALCAT is here for you!
